Homemade Summer Coolers

In some parts of the world, they are experiencing summer this month. When its hot you would feel the need to take more liquids. Water is the most common thing. But you might want to give your family and your live ones a different experience of summer. You can even introduce healthy summer coolers such as this things I am going to share to you. They taste great and cool thus no worries if  they hate vegetables.

A. Pineapple power. All you need are fresh pineapple chunks, iceberg lettuce, a bit of celery stalks,sugar and water. Just put them together in the blender and liquefy. Then strain to remove the fiber then adjust the taste. Serve cold.

B. Pineapple mint cooler. Just blend together pineapple and mint then strain to remove pineapple fiber and adjust the taste. Serve cold.

C. Greens lemonade. You will need cucumber seeded, iceberg lettuce and lemon juice. Put every thing in the blender and liquefy then adjust the taste as you want it. Serve cold.

D. Pink Lady. Boil sweet potato leaves, set aside leaves for salad, let cool the water then add lemon juice and adjust the taste. Serve your pink lady juice cold for snacks time.

E. Cold lemon grass lemonade. Boil lemon grass leaves including the stalks. Let cool the water and add lemon juice and adjust the taste. Serve cold, good for those who has sleeping difficulty. The lemon grass helps in calming the senses this you will be able to sleep better.

F. Icy Lemon grass tea. Just boil lemon grass leaves and stalks. Let cool the water then add prepared powdered tea. Adjust the taste to your desire. Serve icy cold. You could also freeze it then blend to have a smooth icy lemon grass tea.
