Pancit Miki in 30 minutes : Mabilis na ulam ideas
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo pancit mikki (mei kuning) rinsed
2 carrots sliced
1/2 head cabbage cubed
1/8 kilo shrimp chopped
1 Chinese chorizo sliced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 onion chopped
1.5 cups broth
soy sauce (according to taste)
salt and pepper
calamansi
fried garlic
Procedure:
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Sauté garlic, onion, shrimp, chorizo, carrots, and cabbage.
3. Add broth and season to taste using soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the Mikki and mix.
5. Simmer until almost all liquid is gone and mix occasionally to avoid sticking it to the pan.
6. Taste.
7. Serve hot with fried garlic and calamansi.
Note: You can also add sliced green beans if you like.
