HOMEMADE Avocado Ice Cream: Super Easy Recipe
Ingredients:
4 ripe avocado
2 ripe banana
400 ml coconut milk
8 Tablespoons maple syrup
3 sprigs of mint
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Procedure:
1. Freeze the empty container.
2.. Scoop the avocado meat.
3. Combine all ingredients together.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Taste and add sweetness according to your desire.
6. Transfer to the frozen container.
7. Freeze for 24 hours.
8. After 24 hours of freezing, blend again using a hand blender. This will ensure a smoother and creamier ice cream consistency. Return to the freezer and freeze for another 24 hours.
9. Serve as preferred.
Notes:
For a low-calorie version, you can omit the banana.
