Let us start this topic by differentiating the two terms "house" and "home". What is a house? A house is a building or a 3D structure which serves as a shelter beings be it human or animal or plants. It can be big or simple, classic or modern, one storey or several storeys, dull or color full, made of bricks or made of wood, etc. What about a home? A home is a place where a gilt live together in harmony. It is where people learn their first knowledge, where they develop their social skills, where they love and being loved, where they care and being cared for. It is the place where you feel that you are safe, protected and you belong." There is no place like home" , I think we will all agree to this phrase.
Every human being in his right state of mind is always in each of
happiness. Does happiness really exist? Does it have a recipe or is it
like a some kind of potion that you can take or you can put in your
drink and you'll get the feeling right then and then. Happy people are
those people who learns to convert things and happenings into something
positive. Happy people ate stress free people. They are those who knows
how to remove their stress. How do they do this? One of the most
effective means of removing stress is through our homes as the title of
this article goes "homemade happiness" .One of the best time to remove
stress and develop family bonding is the family meal. Eating together as
a family is very important. People learn to communicate, they learn to
share, they learn to unload their worries. Happiness does not mean lack
of problems and worries because life always has them but instead
happiness is a feeling of content and security that you are not alone,
that you don't have to face all your worries and all your problems alone,
and precisely it is in the family that you fond this support. A shared
meal helps a lot in the development and maturity of every human being.
Surveys says that a family that take their meals together at least once a
day has lesser probability to disintegrate because their family bonds
are a lot more stronger.
