In the first book of the five books written by Moses which the is now commonly known as the book of Genesis. As we all know in the book of Genesis, Moses accounted to us the story of creation. It is there also where we found the account of how man and woman came into the whole picture of creation. Thus taking this into account we would realize that each person in this world has a role to play. I remember one friend would always remind me about this reality. And also each Adam has an Eve though for some their Adam or their Eve is not always a wife or a husband. Sometimes it is give themselves to a commitment to serve the poor , to serve souls, to remain on their biological family in order to take care of their parents etc.
How are we to connect this to long distance relationship then? Now I am going to focus on the man and woman relationship which is really the topic if this post. If there is an Eve created for every Adam then no matter how much distance or how much obstacle there is between them they will really find each other. As one song goes "love moves in mysterious ways, its always so surprising when love appears over the horizon...." Long distance relationship requires a lot of sacrifice. Each should also know how to for see. One should know how to appreciate and to noticed details. Unlike the personal or face to face relationship, in long distance relationship you do not see each other, you do not share the same environment, you do not see the reaction of the other.
In long distance relationship it is important to always be simple to say what you think, to be faithful to what you say and to trust each other. Without this virtues the relationship will never stay long.
